At Tsada Expeditions, we respect your right to privacy and control over your personal data. If you no longer wish to use the Tsada App, you may request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data through this page.

⚠️ Important Notice Before You Proceed

  • Permanent Action: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to your booking history, rewards, and saved preferences.

  • Active Rentals: Requests for accounts with an ongoing or upcoming vehicle rental will only be processed once the rental period is completed and all outstanding balances are settled.

  • Financial Records: Pursuant to Philippine tax and accounting laws, transaction records (invoices/receipts) will be retained for a period of five (5) years even after account deletion.

How to Request Deletion

To ensure the security of our users, we require specific information to verify that the request is coming from the rightful account owner. Please follow these steps:

1. Information Required

Please prepare the following details exactly as they appear in your Tsada App profile:

  • Full Name: (The name used during registration)

  • Registered Email Address: (The email linked to your account)

  • Mobile Number: (The number used for booking confirmations)

  • Reason for Deletion: (Optional: e.g., No longer traveling, privacy concerns, etc.)

2. Submission Process

Please send an email from your registered email address to our administrative team:

Subject: Account Deletion Request - [Your Full Name]

Email Body Template:

I am writing to formally request the permanent deletion of my Tsada Expeditions account and all associated personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Account Details:

  • Phone: [Insert Phone Number]

I understand that this action is irreversible and that some data may be retained for legal/regulatory compliance.


What Happens Next?

  1. Verification: Our team will verify your identity. We may send a confirmation code to your registered mobile number to ensure the request is valid.

  2. Processing: Once verified, your account will be deactivated immediately. The full deletion of data from our active servers will be completed within fifteen (15) business days.

  3. Confirmation: You will receive a final email confirmation once the deletion process is complete.
