Tsada Expeditions ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Tsada Expeditions website and the Tsada Expeditions Mobile App. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA) and Google Play Developer Policies.

We collect and process personal data to provide vehicle rental services.

A. Personal Information (Provided by You)

• Account Data: Name, email address, phone number, and password (collected during App registration).

• Verification Data: Photos of your Driver’s License and a secondary government-issued ID.

• Booking Data: Rental dates, vehicle preferences, and pickup/drop-off locations.

B. Sensitive & Technical Data

• Precise Location: We may collect your device's precise location (with your consent) to show nearby rental hubs.

• Camera Access: We request camera access solely for you to upload identity documents during the verification process.

• Device Information: IP address, device model, and operating system version for security and analytics.

2. Legal Basis for Processing

In compliance with Philippine law, we process your data based on:

• Contractual Necessity: To fulfill your vehicle rental agreement.

• Legal Obligation: To verify driver eligibility under Philippine transportation laws.

We do not sell your data. We share information only with:

• Insurance Providers: To facilitate mandatory vehicle insurance coverage.

• Payment Processors: To process secure transactions (e.g., via Dragonpay, GCash, or Credit Card).

• Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS protocols.

• Storage: Personal data is stored on secure servers with restricted access.

• Third-Party SDKs: Our app may use Google Maps API for location and Firebase for analytics. These services handle data according to their own privacy standards.

5. Data Retention and Deletion (Google Play Requirement)

We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined above.

• Account Deletion: You have the right to delete your account and all associated data.

• How to Delete: You can request deletion directly within the App Settings or by visiting our Data Deletion Request Portal.

• Retention Exceptions: We may retain specific transaction records for up to five (5) years to comply with Philippine tax and accounting regulations.
